Candidates' personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process based on the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR)).
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Data collected in recruitment processes will be stored for a period no longer than 6 months from their collection or until consent is withdrawn. If consent is given for participation in future recruitment processes, your data will be stored for up to 2 years from the moment the application is submitted or until consent is withdrawn.
The anticipated categories of data recipients are: HR department employees, management personnel involved in the hiring decision, and IT service providers.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data, request their rectification or erasure. Submitting a request for data erasure is equivalent to withdrawing from the recruitment process. Furthermore, they have the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR and the right to data portability.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Providing the data contained in the recruitment documents is not mandatory; however, it is a condition for participating in the recruitment process.
Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
